By using GivingAmp, whether to donate, create a team, or run a campaign, you agree to these terms.

Donations

• Gifts are made to the campaign organizer, not to GivingAmp. The organizer is responsible for using funds as described on the campaign page and for issuing tax receipts where applicable.
• Payments are processed by the payment provider the organizer has connected. Their terms apply to the transaction.
• Matching, installment plans and sponsorship items are offered by the organizer and shown as described on the campaign page at the time of your gift.
• Refund requests should be directed to the organizer. GivingAmp will assist where it can.

Organizers and team captains

• You must have the authority to raise funds for the organization named on your campaign and must describe its purpose honestly.
• You are responsible for the content you publish (text, images, updates) and for responding to your donors.
• Campaigns that are misleading, unlawful, or abusive may be removed.

Accounts

Keep your login details private and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The service

GivingAmp is provided as is. We work to keep it available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, GivingAmp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
